Catering Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Catering Supervisor/ In Charge to oversee daily catering operations, ensure seamless event execution and maintain high standards of service and food quality. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end catering operations for events, contracts and ongoing accountsLead schedule and motivate kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operationsEnsure consistent food quality, presentation and service standards across all eventsMaintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, HACCP and UAE regulationsControl operational costs, budgets and supplier relationshipsCoordinate closely with sales teams, clients and event organizers to deliver on expectationsOversee event setup, execution and breakdown to ensure seamless deliveryRequirements35 years of experience in catering or hospitality operations (UAE experience preferred)Strong leadership, planning, organizational skills and sales techniqueProven ability to manage multiple events and high-volume operationsSolid knowledge of food safety, HACCP and local compliance standardsFlexible availability including evenings, weekends and event-based schedulesSalary PackageFull package AED 6000 high commission#J-18808-Ljbffr
