Jeddah, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 08/12/2025Oversee all aspects of a catering operation, fromplanning and budgeting to staffing and service execution.He isresponsible for ensuring high-quality food, service and presentation whilemanaging costs and maintaining client satisfaction.This role involves amix of culinary knowledge, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDetermining customer requirementsand proposing catering options.Negotiating prices and preparingmeticulous catering order forms.Planning menus and overseeingvenue, equipment, food, and service preparations.Hiring, training, and supervisingcatering staff, as well as scheduling employee shifts.To ensure the methods of preparationand presentation comply with all current recognized catering standards.To ensure all catering activities arecarried out in line with the pre-agreed agreed budget to ensure anycomments regarding the catering operation – positive or otherwise, arenoted and acted upon appropriatelyLiaising with customers, salesstaff, chefs, and specialized catering equipment providers.Overseeing seating arrangements,the serving of meals and beverages, and the clearing of tables.Monitoring the availability ofcatering stock and supplies and ordering replenishments.Tracking catering expenses andmaintaining accurate records.Adhering to food and healthindustry regulations and standards.Researching catering trends and promotingcompetitive catering services.Demonstrates understanding and awareness of all company& municipal policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene andensures your direct reports do the same to meet all standards.#J-18808-Ljbffr
