Catering Chef & Manager - Arabic Speaker

We are seeking an experienced Catering Chef & Manager to lead and manage large-scale catering operations in Abu Dhabi. This is a senior hands‑on role requiring strong culinary expertise, operational leadership and excellent client‑facing skills. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and capable of independently managing on‑site catering events while consistently delivering an exceptional guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end catering operations from planning to executionManage on-site catering events independently ensuring high service and food standardsLead menu execution and coordinate kitchen and service teams during eventsAct as the main point of contact for clients ensuring a smooth and professional experienceBuild, train and manage the catering team to support operational needsEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene and operational standardsSupport the growth and development of the catering business through operational excellenceReporting LineReports directly to Senior Culinary LeadershipRequirementsProven experience in managing and executing large-scale catering eventsStrong leadership background with the ability to build, train and lead a catering teamFluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)Solid experience in menu execution, operational planning and event logisticsExcellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem‑solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneouslyExperience supporting business growth and catering operations expansionInternational candidates are welcome provided Arabic fluency is met.#J-18808-Ljbffr
