Position OverviewReporting To: Category Director – Fragrances, Minis & More/Sephora FavoritesPosition Purpose:The Trainee will support the team in the daily operational tasks to ensure launches, merchandizing updates and assortment changes are implemented on timely basis. With a curation of nearly 500 brands, and our own label, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, hair care, skincare... and much more.You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:FragranceUpdate the Fragrances and Minis & More calendar as per confirmation on launches.Prepare post launch reports on key brand and product launches.Assist in the product regulation and compliance process of all new SKUs.Prepare weekly merchandizing updates to the team.Data input for systems, newness tracker and internal reporting.Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external purposes.Follow up on visibility implementation with the Omni and Ecom team.Prepare Omni Weekly meeting presentation and coordinate with relevant teams on timely execution on PR, CRM.Sephora FavoritesAssist in all tasks related to the Sephora Favorites program:Securing assortment and confirmationsLiaising with suppliers and internal teams on top to end processProduct regulation and compliance process of SKU’s within the boxUpkeeping all trackers and documents related to the programPreparing post launch reports on boxesBeing in charge and follow up on all steps and procedures pertaining to Sephora FavoritesRequirements / QualificationsThe successful candidate should have agility, adaptability, and tolerance to pressure.The candidate should have excellent analytical, organizational and communication (written & oral) skills.Previous experience in retail or FMCG companies is a plus.What You Will FindCommunity, in which authenticity is embraced, and the strength of our differences fuels our collective spiritCulture of empowerment, learning & growth, that offers you the tools, space and opportunity to learn, innovate and leadWork that brings fulfillment.
