Job DescriptionTo assist in achieving the department sales, margin, other income and total commercial margin in order to support the company in achieving the sales and bottom line targets.Key AccountabilitiesAssist the Category Manager in executing category strategies and plans to ensure achievement of sales, margin, and profitability targets.Collect and analyze sales, margin, and market data to ensure informed decision‑making and accurate category performance tracking.Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely execution of promotions, product launches, and pricing updates.Support the preparation of category performance reports and presentations to ensure management visibility and effective business reviews.Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and assortment details to ensure data accuracy across systems and marketing materials.Follow up on supplier agreements, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations and adherence to agreed timelines.Assist in identifying assortment gaps and new product opportunities to ensure continuous improvement of category offerings.Coordinate the execution of planograms, promotional displays, and merchandising activities to ensure alignment with the commercial strategy and in‑store excellence.SkillsKnowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Negotiation skillsAnalytical skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
