Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and manage an accurate and comprehensive cataloguing system for all equipment, materials, and spare parts utilized in the oil and gas industry.Ensure that catalogued items are correctly identified, described, and classified, categorized according to company standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.Work closely with procurement, user department, and operations teams to ensure cataloguing is consistent with operational requirements and technical specifications.Prepare and maintain technical documentation and databases related to catalogued equipment and materials, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.Conduct regular audits of catalogued items and implement improvements to ensure accuracy and efficiency in cataloguing processes.Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to update and validate catalogued items, including the addition of new equipment and materials.Provide technical support and guidance to cross‑functional teams regarding cataloguing practices, ensuring alignment with project and operational requirements.Maintain a robust system for tracking part numbers, descriptions, and lifecycle status of catalogued equipment.Assist in the development and optimization of cataloguing procedures to meet the dynamic needs of the oil and gas industry.Ensure all cataloguing work is following applicable safety and regulatory standards, as well as internal procedures.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in cataloguing, engineering, or materials management within the oil and gas industry.Proven knowledge of oil and gas equipment, materials, and parts.Familiarity with industry cataloguing standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 9001, API standards).Experience using cataloguing or asset management software (knowledge of ERP systems).Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering specifications, and data management.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
