We are looking for an energetic "Cashier" to work with a well known company "multi-activity economic group in UAE".Locations: SharjahNationalities: Indian, Sri Lankan, or FilipinoDuties & ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceGreet customers politely at the counterTake and process customer orders accuratelyAnswer basic questions about menu items, promotions, and combosEnsure a positive and friendly interaction with all customersPayment HandlingOperate cash register, POS system, or card payment devicesHandle cash, credit/debit card, and digital wallet transactionsIssue receipts, return correct change, and reconcile cash at the end of shiftsFollow company cash handling and financial proceduresOrder ManagementConfirm orders and relay them to the kitchen or production areaPack or prepare orders for takeaway or delivery as neededEnsure accuracy of orders and customer satisfactionOperational & Safety ResponsibilitiesMaintain cleanliness of the counter and POS areaFollow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standardsRestock items such as napkins, straws, condiments, and bagsReport any discrepancies, malfunctions, or customer complaintsKey Skills & CompetenciesCustomer service orientationAccuracy and attention to detailSpeed and efficiency under pressureTeamwork and cooperationCash handling integrityProblem-solving and conflict resolutionRequirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Prior experience as a cashier, in retail, or QSR is an advantageBasic math skills for handling money and transactionsGood communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)Customer-focused and friendly attitudeAbility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysBasic computer skills (POS systems, tablets)Honest, responsible, and reliableBenefitsAccommodation, Food Allowance, and Transportation#J-18808-Ljbffr
