They offer a stable workplace with a focus on accountability and reliability.ABOUT THE ROLE / ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage financial transactions at the site or office level. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cash handling, daily reconciliation, and maintaining proper financial records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all inflows and outflowsManage site petty cash and ensure proper documentation of expensesPerform daily cash reconciliation and report discrepancies if anyMaintain organized records of financial transactions and supporting documentsCoordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth financial operationsAdhere to internal controls and company financial policiesREQUIREMENTSEducation / QualificationDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferredExperiencePrior experience in handling site petty cash or retail/office fundsExperience in cash handling, bookkeeping, or similar financial rolesSkills & AttributesBasic bookkeeping and daily cash reconciliation skillsHigh level of integrity and trustworthiness (mandatory)Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and responsiblyBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
