Job Description

Job Overview: Responsible for accurate processing of all customer transactions, delivering professional and friendly service, and maintaining a well-organized work environment in a fast-paced, high-volume retail setting. Key Responsibilities: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers, point of sale (POS) systems, and other technology.Handle cash, credit/debit card, and other forms of payment in compliance with company policies.Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.Ensure accurate daily balancing of cash tills and safe handling of cash at all times.Issue receipts, refunds, or exchanges as per company policies.Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.Follow all security and safety procedures for handling cash and merchandise.Adhere to company policies, code of conduct, and appearance standards. Qualifications and Skills: Previous cashier or retail experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment.High school diploma or equivalent.Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is an advantage).Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.Reliable, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality.Valid resident permit in Qatar, transferable or familysponsorship Employment Terms: Duration: 6 months, with possibility of renewal based on performance and business requirements.Working Hours: Shift-based (including weekends and public holidays as per roster).Outsourced under People Dynamics
