Cash & Trade Project Manager.

Job Summary (List Format)Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget.Supports technology team collaboration with application, infrastructure, business, and operations teams.Manages end-to-end project delivery, especially in Trade, Cash, and Channel banking systems.Develops and maintains full-scale project plans, proactively tracking project status, risks, and issues.Drives timely achievement of project milestones and deliverables.Coordinates with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors for assessment, planning, and implementation.Maintains detailed project documentation, including status reports, RAID logs, and risk registers.Communicates effectively across cross-functional teams to mobilize resources.Supports product owners, business, and operations teams to ensure comprehensive project delivery.Liaises with technical leads for application configuration, customization, and integration.Coordinates with middleware and API teams for seamless system integration.Identifies and resolves project risks and issues, optimizing delivery to minimize delays and cost overruns.Provides regular updates to technology governance sessions and project stakeholders.Ideal Candidate ProfileStrong background in core banking project delivery, including Trade, Cash, and Channel systems.Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.Expertise in project management, risk management, and status reporting.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with core banking systems, APIs, middleware, and integration processes.Ability to solve problems, make decisions, and deliver projects within tight deadlines.Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies (preferred).Knowledge of regulatory compliance and operational banking processes (preferred).Experience in large-scale banking transformation projects (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
