<div><h3>Job Description Summary</h3><p>Responsible for Invoice delivery and cash collection in the Saudi Arabia from assigned list of customers. Working with customers to ensure the payment is received on due dates.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Distribute invoices to the customers (including uploading invoices to various public portals), work with invoicing team to timely submit invoices with complete documentation.</li><li>Responsible for collection of money from the customers.</li><li>Responsible for providing visibility on amounts to be collected within a quarter. Work with and update the GE systems with correct information.</li><li>Resolve basic dispute with the customers; provide accurate information on nature of dispute within private and public customers.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills. Develops strong customer relationships and serve as the interface between customer and GE. Be able to articulate and accelerate issues.</li><li>Understanding of how work of own team integrates with other teams and contribute to the area.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college diploma.</li><li>Saudi national.</li><li>Not registered in GOSI for the past six months.</li><li>Ability to use systems, MS Word, Excel and other IT systems.</li></ul><h3>Desired Characteristics</h3><ul><li>Strong oral and written communication skills.
