The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, repairing and installing structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials. The ideal candidate should have excellent carpentry skills, knowledge of tools and be able to work with precision.Responsibilities:- Measurement and marking of material for cutting or other processing.- Constructing, assembling and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood.- Installing window frames, doors, staircases, floorboards etc.- Preparing materials for processing.- Using hand tools such as saws and drills in order to cut or shape the material.- Finishing the surfaces by sanding them or applying coatings or sealants.- Ensuring safety guidelines are met while working with sharp tools or power equipment.Requirements:- Proven experience as a carpenter or related position (at least 1 year)- Ability to read technical drawings accurately in order to understand the project requirements- Knowledge of construction methods, techniques and tools required- Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy materialsWe welcome applications from foreign candidates with appropriate qualifications/experience.This job has no reviews yet.
