The ideal candidate will guide students in identifying their strengths interests and career pathways while supporting them in planning their future academic and professional journeys.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group counseling to students regarding career choices, university pathways, and vocational options.Organize career events, university fairs, workshops, and guest speaker sessions.Assist students with university applications, personal statements, and scholarship opportunities.Conduct assessments to help students explore career interests and strengths.Maintain updated knowledge of local and international universities admission requirements and labor market trends.Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support students' career development.Maintain confidential student records and provide progress reports as needed.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Counseling, School & Educational Counseling, Addiction & Substance Abuse Counseling, Career Counseling, or Psychological Counseling (Masters preferred).Relevant experience in career counseling, academic advising, or student guidance.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Knowledge of global university systems and career pathways.Ability to inspire, motivate, and support students.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Professional development opportunities.Supportive and collaborative work environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
