Career Counselor

We are a leading educational institution in Dubai committed to empowering students with the right knowledge skills and guidance to achieve their academic and career aspirations. We are looking for a dedicated and student-focused Career Counselor to join our team and support our learners in discovering their potential and making informed career decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-on‑one and group counseling sessions to guide students on academic pathways subject selections and career opportunities.Support students in preparing for higher education admissions (UAE and international universities).Conduct career guidance workshops seminars and assessments for students and parents.Assist in organizing university fairs guest lectures and internship/placement opportunities.Collaborate with teaching staff to align counseling with students academic strengths and goals.Maintain updated knowledge on university admission requirements scholarships and global education trends.Offer personal development and soft skills training (e.g. communication time management study skills).Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors/Masters Degree in Psychology Counseling or related field.Minimum 2years of experience as a Career Counselor in UAEStrong knowledge of global university application processes (UAE UK USA Canada India and others).Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.Certifications in career counseling/psychometric testing will be an added advantage.Note: Candidate who meets the above mentioned requirements only needs to apply#J-18808-Ljbffr
