OverviewJob Title: Cards Program LeadTerm: 12 monthsLocation: Riyadh, KSADivision: Banking & TechnologyRelevant experience: 15-20 years experienceMandatory requirements: Hands-on expertise in program management specifically related to card launchesPurpose of JobThe Program Lead will oversee the end-to-end launch and management of Credit Cards, Prepaid Cards and Debit Card products, working closely with cross-functional and leadership teams. This role is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and optimization of card products, ensuring alignment with client needs and companys capabilities.ResponsibilitiesProgram P&L OwnershipEnd to end launch and management of a suite of card products (Credit, Debit and Prepaid) and the complete ownership of the P&L for each product and the combined programDevising and executing the strategy for the complete programIdentify key customer needs (travel spend management, expense reconciliation, card features and benefits)Develop business strategy with revenue projections and cost-benefit analysis. Perform strategy calibration as per business requirementsAlign product strategy with companys network and offeringsPlanning & CoordinationProvide oversight of program delivery against the project planCoordinate tasks across internal teams and external stakeholdersAlign deliverables with business objectives and timelinesDesign end-to-end processes for onboarding, servicing, and dispute resolutionEstablish governance structures for clear accountabilitySet escalation procedures for customized corporate solutionsRisk ManagementIdentify potential risks early in the project lifecycleImplement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impactQuality AssuranceEnsure compliance with business and technical requirementsOversee testing phases and validate program readinessCommunicationProvide regular status updates to stakeholdersManage expectations and maintain clear communication between client and technical teamsBudget & Resource ManagementMonitor project costs and resource allocationEnsure the program remains within approved budget parametersPost-Launch SupportOversee program deployment and ensure smooth go liveAddress post-launch issues promptly and effectivelyMonitor performance metrics (adoption, transaction volume, credit performance)Identify opportunities for product expansion and enhancements (e.g., CVP revamp, new products)Knowledge And ExperienceBachelors degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Masters preferred)Proven experience in program or project management within financial services or payment solutionsStrong understanding of commercial and consumer card programs and associated technologiesExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plusExperience working with payment schemesExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagementExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProven stakeholder management from technical and non-technical areas as well as senior managementAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentAbout the companyBe vigilant about potential scams, phishing attempts, or fraudulent activities, and seek credible sources or reviews to assess the trustworthiness of the company.
