Capacity Configuration Analyst, AMET Space Management

AMET Space Management team is the driving force behind optimized space management across AMET FCs. Through standardization continuous improvement innovation and collaboration we will maximize available inventory space while ensuring safety quality and productivity through data-driven and sustainable practices. In 2026 the team will expand its scope to centralize the capacity configurations with dedicated team of bin mesiters. We are hiring the capacity configuration specialists who will support multiple buildings in each country to maintain the accuracy and the integrity of the capacity visibility of the operation sites for the business team. Key job responsibilitiesAudit any capacity configuration mismatch including ACMS vs Bin Configuration gaps and the physical and virtual mismatchEvaluate approve and execute bin configuration and ACMS configuration change requests from Inbound and Space SME/Lead (AFT/AFT-X sites)Manage the launch capacity & container configuration (LC3) for AFT/AFT-X sites that are launching or expandingAbout the teamThe team has one regional space manager seven space management leads six bin meisters and one business analysis reporting to the space manager. Each space management lead gets assigned to a country to look after the space management strategy (UAE KSA Egypt Turkey South Africa)- 1 years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area including weekends nights and/or holidays- Shop-floor affinity and experience in Industrial Engineering Business Process Engineering Quality Operations or Logistics- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Fluent English- 1 year experience in warehouse operation- In-depth knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and its practical usage Wide knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies Proven ability to develop and maintain large scale data bases and ability to evaluate the data sets BI sage and SQL experience would also be of benefit A strong record of team leadership Analytical capabilities The ability to translate operational issues into workable solutions Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
