About the job Camps SHES Superintendent (Camps & Onplot) (N-2590-2)Job Description Highlights:The position is located atQatar Ras Laffanand is responsible to provide Company oversight of the camp management systems of the NFXP Onshore Project EPC Contractors selected construction labour camps external to Ras Laffan Industrial City with the objective of ensuring the provision of robust, compliant camp management systems, acceptable living standards, properly delivered camp worker welfare and compliance with contractual camp management standards.Bachelor degree in Humanities or Business or equivalent experience in senior management position of workers camps.Minimum of 10 years experience in management, operations and maintenance of industrial workers camps (construction, O&G, mining etc). Ideally have direct experience in labour camp administration with experience in implementation of HACCPS. Experience of having worked both within Contractor and Client organisations.
