The Group operates through multiple business units and subsidiaries delivering integrated solutions supported by strong operational expertise and a well-established regional presence.Job Summary Al Marwan currently looking for a proactive and experienced Camp Boss to manage the day-to-day operations of a labor camp supporting large-scale construction or contracting projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in camp management excellent leadership skills and a solid understanding of health safety and labor compliance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of camp operations including accommodation housekeeping security and facility maintenance.Ensure cleanliness hygiene and safety standards are maintained across the camp at all times.Maintain discipline and a high standard of living conditions for all residents.Coordinate with HR Admin and Project teams for staff movements allocations and logistics.Handle resident concerns disputes or emergencies in a professional and timely manner.Keep records of occupancy maintenance supplies and incident reports.Ensure compliance with local labor laws health regulations and company policies.Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or contracting sector.Strong leadership and personnel management skills.Proven experience managing large labor camps with diverse nationalities.In-depth knowledge of hygiene and camp safety standards along with familiarity with local labor laws.Strong coordination skills with internal departments like HR Admin and Projects.Proficiency in English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is an asset.Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
