<div><h3>Program Manager – Treasury (Calypso Implementation)</h3><p>Location: Turkey (or relevant delivery location)</p><p>Language Requirement: Fluent Turkish and English</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Treasury domain expertise and hands‑on experience in Calypso implementations to lead and drive a large‑scale treasury transformation program for DenizBank. The role requires close coordination with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful end‑to‑end delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and manage the end‑to‑end Calypso treasury implementation program</li><li>Act as the primary liaison between DenizBank stakeholders, technology teams, and vendors</li><li>Drive program planning, execution, governance, and reporting</li><li>Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies across workstreams</li><li>Oversee treasury functional areas including Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office</li><li>Ensure regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements are met</li><li>Coordinate data migration, system integration, testing, and go‑live activities</li><li>Provide regular status updates and executive‑level reporting</li><li>Resolve escalations and ensure timely decision‑making</li></ul><h3>Required Skills&Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services</li><li>Strong Treasury domain knowledge (FX, Money Markets, Derivatives, Risk, P&L)</li><li>Hands‑on experience delivering Calypso implementations</li><li>Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills</li><li>Strong understanding of system integration and large transformation programs</li><li>Fluent in Turkish and English (mandatory)</li></ul><h3>Good to Have</h3><ul><li>Experience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodies</li><li>Exposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systems</li><li>Agile / hybrid delivery experience</li><li>PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification</li></ul><h3>Education&Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, or related field</li><li>12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in program management roles (preferred)</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
