Program Manager Treasury (Calypso Implementation)Location: Turkey (or relevant delivery location)Language Requirement: Fluent Turkish and EnglishRole SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Treasury domain expertise and hands-on experience in Calypso implementations to lead and drive a large-scale treasury transformation program for DenizBank. The role requires close coordination with business technology and vendor teams to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the end-to-end Calypso treasury implementation programAct as the primary liaison between DenizBank stakeholders technology teams and vendorsDrive program planning execution governance and reportingManage scope timelines budget risks and dependencies across workstreamsOversee treasury functional areas including Front Office Middle Office and Back OfficeEnsure regulatory risk and compliance requirements are metCoordinate data migration system integration testing and go-live activitiesProvide regular status updates and executive-level reportingResolve escalations and ensure timely decision-makingRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial servicesStrong Treasury domain knowledge (FX Money Markets Derivatives Risk P&L)Hands-on experience delivering Calypso implementationsExcellent stakeholder and vendor management skillsStrong understanding of system integration and large transformation programsFluent in Turkish and English (mandatory)Good to HaveExperience working with Turkish banks or regional regulatory bodiesExposure to other treasury platforms or capital markets systemsAgile / hybrid delivery experiencePMP PRINCE2 or similar certificationEducation & ExperienceBachelors degree in Finance Technology or related field12 years of overall experience with 5 years in program management roles (preferred)Required Experience:IC Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
