Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Manager who is Arabic speaking and male, for a leading company in Abu Dhabi.QualificationsUniversity degree in any discipline from a reputable university.At least 5 years of Call Center Management experience, plus 2 years in insurance and/or medical provider environments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, preferably in Arabic and English.Customer‑orientated with sound problem‑solving/decision‑making abilities.Ability to manage pressure and stay calm in a fast‑paced environment.Ability to lead large teams and deploy viable standards of customer support.Strong people skills and emotional intelligence.Project management skills and ability to devise new technologies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
