Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor, based in Dubai. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, manage and coordinate a team of customer service representatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining patient satisfaction, preparing performance reports, and addressing escalated patient concerns.
