Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Supervisor, based in Dubai. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations of the call center, manage and coordinate a team of customer service representatives, monitor performance metrics, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities also include maintaining patient satisfaction, preparing performance reports, and addressing escalated patient concerns. The goal is to ensure the team achieves efficiency and delivers exceptional customer experiences.QualificationsStrong Supervisory Skills and Team Management experienceStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and improve operational processes and metricsExceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to guide team members and interact with customersProblem-solving abilities and experience in a leadership roleProficiency in call center operations and software is preferredPrior experience in the healthcare or aesthetic industry is an advantageAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentFluency in English and Arabic is a must#J-18808-Ljbffr
