As a Call Center Operator, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services- Maintain a high level of professionalism on all calls and ensure customer satisfaction- Handle complaints or issues with patience and empathy, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary- Make outbound calls to potential clients for sales and marketing purposes- Update customer database with relevant information obtained during calls- Meet daily call quotas and targets set by the companyRequirements:- Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken- Indian nationality preferred- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Excellent communication skills- Good computer skills- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekendsWe offer a competitive salary package, ongoing training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
