Call Center Executive

Job Description The job is typically performed during US business hours (night shifts in India), Monday to Friday, and often includes managing loads through digital platforms. Key Responsibilities Load Booking and Negotiation: Searching for loads on US load boards (e.g., DAT, Truckstop), communicating with freight brokers, and negotiating rates to maximize profit margins for the trucking company. Driver Coordination and Routing: Assigning loads to drivers, planning optimized routes to reduce fuel consumption and empty miles, and providing drivers with clear pickup and delivery instructions. Tracking and Tracing: Monitoring vehicles in real-time using GPS tracking systems and telematics to ensure adherence to schedules. Issue Resolution: Proactively addressing delays, accidents, road construction issues, or breakdowns by finding alternative routes and notifying customers. Compliance Management: Ensuring drivers comply with Hours of Service (HOS) regulations and ELD (Electronic Logging Device) mandates. Documentation and Data Entry: Maintaining accurate records in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) such as Samsara or Rose Rocket, collecting Proof of Delivery (POD), and managing invoices.
