Job Description

Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a professional and timely manner.Process requests such as lease applications, contracts, Istimarah, payments, insurance, and customer data updates.Log and elevate customer complaints to the relevant departments.Follow up with customers and internal teams on pending requests.Provide customers with updates and accurate information on products and services.Support upselling and cross-selling activities when applicable.Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Qualifications Experience in call center or customer service.High school diploma required; bachelor's degree is a plus.Good communication and customer handling skills.This role is open to Saudi nationals only
