Call Center Agent - Dubai

We are seeking a professional and compassionate Call Center Operator to join our clinic team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, providing information, and directing inquiries appropriately.
