Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a customer service representative at CsMena in Riyadh. The customer service representative will be responsible for handling both incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service daily. Qualifications Language Skill: English B1 - C1.
