OverviewPermanentWork Location: Abu Dhabi - MusaffahPosition: Call Center AgentSalary: 4000-5000 AED per monthJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a call center environment preferably in the transportation industry and be fluent in Arabic.ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming calls from customers and assist with inquiries, complaints, and requestsProvide accurate and timely information regarding transportation services, schedules, and pricingProcess bookings and reservations for customersMaintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurateCollaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experienceFollow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needsMeet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, customer satisfaction, and salesStay updated on company policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customersUphold a high level of professionalism and customer service at all timesRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor DegreeMinimum of 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in the transportation industryFluent in Arabic both written and verbalExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareFlexibility to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidaysMust be able to work in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates#J-18808-Ljbffr
