Job Description

Overview Job Purpose: To provide prompt, efficient, and professional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering information about automotive products and services. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding automotive products, services, and policies.Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive products, promotions, and company policies.Document all customer interactions in the company's CRM system for future reference and analysis. Experience 0-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required. Education High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory). Associate's degree in Business, Customer Service, or related field is a plus.
