CAFM Specialist

Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain the CAFM software (MRI/Maximo), ensuring it is updated and aligned with organizational needs.Input, update, and validate facility data, including space utilization, asset management, and maintenance records.Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, support strategic planning, and improve facility operations.Provide training and support to staff on the use of CAFM systems, ensuring effective utilization of the tools.Work closely with facility managers, IT, and other departments to ensure integration of CAFM systems with other organizational systems.Assist in the planning and execution of facility-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Designing reports using Crystal Reports, MS Power BI.Basic Database Query knowledge#J-18808-Ljbffr
