Job Purpose The main purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service whilst handling key operational duties that will contribute to an effective and efficient café environment. This includes preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring the café is clean and well-organized, and managing cash transactions accurately. Job Duties And Responsibilities Must be Saudi national Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive customer experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages with utmost care and professionalism. Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness and organization within the café. Manage cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Multitask effectively to ensure smooth café operations. Demonstrate strong communication skills within the team and towards customers. Promote and maintain a positive and friendly café atmosphere. Required Qualifications Proven experience in customer service. Proficiency in food preparation and beverage service. Understanding and practice of cleanliness standards and organization.
