CAD 3D Model - Remodeling Specialist

Job Description As a CAD Modeler, your role involves reviewing and analyzing existing 3D CAD models and 2D drawings to determine required updates or modifications. You will be responsible for remodeling components, assemblies, or architectural elements in 3D CAD software based on updated specifications or field data. Additionally, you will integrate redline markups, field measurements, or scanned data into updated CAD models. Collaboration with engineers, designers, and production teams is essential to ensure accuracy and manufacturability. Your tasks will also include maintaining model history, naming conventions, and data management standards, as well as performing quality checks and ensuring compliance with design standards and tolerances. Qualifications Required: - Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Architecture, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in 3D CAD modeling and design, particularly in remodeling or revision roles. - Proficiency in one or more CAD platforms such as Microstation, Navisworks, or Revit. - Strong understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T). - Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
