It seeks to lead the aviation industry by transforming Saudi Arabia into a global aviation and trade hub – a digitally native airline that will connect the kingdom to more than 100 destinations.About The RoleAre you ready to take the lead in shaping the future of crew training operations?We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the planning and execution of Line Training Under Supervision (LIFUS) for Flight and Cabin Crew.In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure the smooth coordination of training schedules, track crew progress from initial flights to full line release, and drive the digital transformation of qualification management through the NetLine Crew system.You’ll spearhead the digital evolution of our crew qualification management by leading the development, configuration, and optimization of the Qualifications and Training Management (QTM) module within NetLine Crew.Collaborate with Crew Training, Fleet Operations, OCC, and IT teams to ensure training operations run like clockwork—always on time, always compliant, always aligned with GACA requirements.Further, you will monitor and track Line Training progress, line check requirements, and release milestones for new joiners, upgraders, and transitioning pilots.Acting as a subject matter expert, you’ll help refine processes, prevent disruptions, and keep operations running seamlessly while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.Join us and help build a smarter, safer, and more connected future for aviation.About YouDegree qualified, you are expected to demonstrate a minimum of 4 years of experience in Crew Planning, Crew Training Planning, or Crew Scheduling.Naturally, experience working for a commercial airline is mandatory.You are expected to possess experience managing line training programs for pilots, including LIFUS, line checks, and progression tracking.We’d love to hear from you even more if you have experience in crew management, operations, and training systems.This is your opportunity to shape the future of air travel.
