C2M L3 Support Engineers

Key Responsibilities:Analyze and resolve Level 3 (L3) product defects in C2M by coordinating with Oracle Support.Raise and track Oracle SRs; test and validate Oracle-provided fixes.Deploy bundles in SIT/UAT environments, prepare test plans, release notes, and RCAs.Work on performance-related issues, legal/statutory requirements, and product bugs.Required Skills:In-depth knowledge of Oracle C2M with focus on SOM, Device Management.Experience handling SRs, coordinating with Oracle, and managing patch deployment.Proficiency in testing, root cause analysis, and regression testing.Understanding of production-equivalent environments and patch workflows.#J-18808-Ljbffr
