A private family based in the United Arab Emirates seeks a highly capable, experienced, and trustworthy married couple to manage and support the daily personal and household needs of two elderly individuals. This role combines hands‑on care, discreet professional service, estate management, and international coordination. The couple will oversee a network of residences across the UAE and internationally, ensuring complete logistical, operational, and personal support. The ideal couple is discreet, professional, multilingual, loyal, physically fit, and has significant prior experience in private households. Cultural sensitivity, ability to manage multicultural staff, and adaptability to a changing schedule are essential.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact and companion to the male principal.Ensure the principal’s day‑to‑day comfort, routine, and security, especially during travel or movements between properties.Handle all personal logistics including appointments, errands, packing/unpacking, grooming arrangements, etc.Coordinate transportation and drivers; ensure vehicles are maintained and ready at all times.Travel with the principal as needed domestically and internationally; act as liaison with travel providers, hotels, and service teams.Liaise with support teams to ensure appropriate arrangements are in place.Oversee and ensure the proper service of meals, refreshments, and guest hospitality.Maintain a respectful, calm, and discreet presence at all times.Monitor and ensure compliance with medical schedules and support needs.Provide first response in case of medical incidents (First Aid certified required).RequirementsBachelor’s or Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Healthcare, or Private Service.10+ years in a Butler, Valet, or Personal Assistant role within a private household.Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) are a plus.Experience supporting elderly individuals with sensitivity and care.Well‑versed in etiquette, formal service, and professional standards.Strong physical stamina; must be alert, composed, and available 24/7 while in residence.First Aid certification is mandatory.Valid international driver’s license.Must be a legally married couple with prior experience working together in similar roles.Clean background checks and verified references.Non‑smokers; no dependents or pets.High moral integrity, loyalty, and absolute discretion.Willingness and ability to travel regularly and live‑in.Professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.Demonstrated history of long‑term placements in previous roles.Tech‑savvy to manage household apps, inventories, calendars, and communications.Comfortable working with and supervising teams from diverse cultural backgrounds.Sensitivity to the physical and emotional well‑being of elderly principals.BenefitsHighly competitive, tax‑free salary (negotiable based on experience).Separate, private accommodation within the primary estate.Full medical coverage.Annual flights home.Paid time off and annual leave.End‑of‑service bonus for long‑term commitment.Travel expenses covered during work‑related travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
