As a Butler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized service to our VIP guests, ensuring their stay is nothing short of extraordinary.Greet and escort VIP guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and professional welcomeDeliver personalized check-in and check-out experiences in-room or in the loungeManage guest luggage, including unpacking and packing services, as well as handling laundry and pressing requestsCoordinate dining, spa, transportation, and other guest services according to individual preferencesMaintain detailed guest profiles, including preferences and special requestsCollaborate with various departments (Housekeeping, Room Service, Concierge) to ensure seamless service deliveryPrepare guest rooms and suites with personalized amenities, welcome drinks, and special touchesMaintain cleanliness and organization in the Butler pantry and working areasPromptly respond to guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiencyUphold the highest standards of confidentiality and security regarding guest informationAnticipate guest needs to provide a tailored and exclusive experienceFacilitate smooth communication throughout the guest's journey, from pre-arrival to post-departureDemonstrate knowledge and respect for local Saudi Arabian customs and etiquetteQualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a 4-5 star luxury hotel or resortStrong command of English; basic Arabic language skills preferredExcellent grooming, etiquette, and interpersonal communication skillsRobust organizational abilities and capacity to multitask effectivelyKnowledge of Butler service standards (e.g., Forbes, LQA) preferredHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving skillsProfessional demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality and serviceAbility to maintain utmost discretion and confidentiality at all timesFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysFamiliarity with Middle Eastern hospitality standardsKnowledge of local customs and etiquette in Saudi ArabiaAdaptability to work in a culturally diverse environmentStrong time management and prioritization skillsAdditional InformationBeing a Raffles employee means embodying and conveying the brand and the company mindset through our Heartiest service culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
