About the job Business Development ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the UAE. You will play a key role in driving business growth within the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet their needs.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across the HR Tech, Fintech, and Recruitment sectors.Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and client needs.Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, pitches, and presentations.Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions.RequirementsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3 to5 years experience in business development, preferably in HR Tech, Fintech, or Recruitment.Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.Fluency in English; additional European languages will be an advantage.UAE market experience is preferred.Competitive salary plus performance-based commissions.Annual leave and UAE labor law benefits.Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, innovative industry.#J-18808-Ljbffr
