<div><p>We are a growing services group based in Riyadh, operating for over 5 years across multiple sectors including logistics, manpower, cleaning, and operations management.</p><p>Our goal is to build a company that runs on<b>systems, not individuals</b>— with clear processes, structured execution, defined governance, and scalable operations.</p><h3>Role Summary</h3><p>We are looking for a<b>hands‑on Business Transformation Manager</b>to lead the execution of building the company’s operating system.</p><p>This role is responsible for:</p><ul><li>Designing and implementing real workflows</li><li>Structuring the organization</li></ul><p>This role is about building a<b>complete, scalable system that runs the business</b>, not just documentation or theoretical frameworks.</p><p>You will work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Developers to turn business needs into<b>live workflows inside systems (ERPNext and beyond)</b>.</p><h3>What You Will Be Doing</h3><h3>Identify key processes:</h3><ul><li>Lead Management</li><li>Procurement (PO Flow)</li><li>Core Operations</li></ul><p>Build simple, clear, and practical workflows that are working inside the system (ERPNext)</p><p>Reduce dependency on manual work and individual handling</p><p>Convert working processes into SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)</p><h3>Define:</h3><ul><li>Roles</li><li>Responsibilities</li><li>Accountability</li></ul><p>Build systems that support delegation across teams</p><p>Ensure operations are executed in a consistent, repeatable way</p><h3>Phase 3 – Governance&Scale (Ongoing)</h3><p>Define and document company policies:</p><ul><li>Operational policies</li><li>Financial and approval policies</li><li>HR and governance policies</li></ul><p>Align:</p><ul><li>Organizational structure</li><li>Processes</li><li>Systems</li></ul><p>Contribute to building a scalable and potentially productized operating model</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>Process&Systems Execution</h3><ul><li>Build clear, end-to-end workflows for recurring operations</li><li>Ensure processes are:<ul><li>Clearly defined</li><li>Practical</li><li>Usable in real operations</li></ul></li><li>Deliver working solutions quickly (Version 1 → iterate and improve)</li></ul><h3>Policy Development</h3><ul><li>Define and document company policies in collaboration with leadership</li><li>Ensure policies are:<ul><li>Clear</li><li>Practical</li></ul></li><li>Ensure alignment between policies and system workflows</li></ul><h3>Organizational Design</h3><ul><li>Design and define the company’s organizational structure</li><li>Establish reporting lines and hierarchy</li><li>Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership across all functions</li><li>Ensure alignment between structure, processes, and system execution</li></ul><h3>Lead and guide</h3><ul><li>Business Analysts (BA)</li><li>QA / Validation</li></ul><h3>Coordinate closely with</h3><ul><li>Developers</li><li>Operations teams</li></ul><h3>Quality&Adoption</h3><ul><li>Ensure all system changes go through proper testing (UAT)</li><li>Ensure solutions are adopted by teams</li><li>Drive system usage across the organization</li><li>Eliminate off-system work (manual / uncontrolled processes)</li></ul><h3>Required Experience</h3><p>4–8 years of experience in:</p><ul><li>Business Operations</li><li>Process Design</li><li>Business Transformation</li></ul><p>Hands‑on experience in:</p><ul><li>Building and implementing real workflows in operations</li></ul><p>Experience working with:</p><ul><li>ERP systems or system‑driven environments (ERPNext is a plus, not required)</li></ul><p>Experience in:</p><ul><li>Policy creation or governance frameworks</li></ul><p>Proven ability to:</p><ul><li>Deliver working solutions (not just documentation)</li></ul><p>Experience working across:</p><ul><li>Business teams</li><li>Developers</li><li>Analysts</li></ul><h3>Candidate Mindset</h3><p>We are looking for someone who is:</p><ul><li>Execution‑driven</li><li>Adaptable and open to modern tools and evolving ways of working</li><li>Comfortable building systems from scratch</li><li>Strong in ownership and decision‑making</li><li>Focused on results, not perfection</li><li>Able to work in fast‑moving environments</li></ul><h3>Important</h3><p>This role is NOT for someone who:</p><ul><li>Focuses only on documentation</li><li>Stays in analysis without execution</li><li>Waits for perfect conditions before starting</li></ul><h3>What Success Looks Like</h3><ul><li>Clear processes implemented and actively used</li><li>Company policies defined and enforced</li><li>Organizational structure clearly established</li><li>Consistent execution across all teams</li><li>Strong delegation enabled by systems</li><li>Reduced operational chaos and manual work</li><li>Faster execution
