Business Transformation Manager

We are a growing services group based in Riyadh, operating for over 5 years across multiple sectors including logistics, manpower, cleaning, and operations management.Our goal is to build a company that runs on systems, not individuals — with clear processes, structured execution, defined governance, and scalable operations.Role SummaryWe are looking for a hands‑on Business Transformation Manager to lead the execution of building the company’s operating system.This role is responsible for:Designing and implementing real workflowsStructuring the organizationThis role is about building a complete, scalable system that runs the business, not just documentation or theoretical frameworks.You will work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Developers to turn business needs into live workflows inside systems (ERPNext and beyond).What You Will Be DoingIdentify key processes:Lead ManagementProcurement (PO Flow)Core OperationsBuild simple, clear, and practical workflows that are working inside the system (ERPNext)Reduce dependency on manual work and individual handlingConvert working processes into SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)Define:RolesResponsibilitiesAccountabilityBuild systems that support delegation across teamsEnsure operations are executed in a consistent, repeatable wayPhase 3 – Governance & Scale (Ongoing)Define and document company policies:Operational policiesFinancial and approval policiesHR and governance policiesAlign:Organizational structureProcessesSystemsContribute to building a scalable and potentially productized operating modelKey ResponsibilitiesProcess & Systems ExecutionBuild clear, end-to-end workflows for recurring operationsEnsure processes are:Clearly definedPracticalUsable in real operationsDeliver working solutions quickly (Version 1 → iterate and improve)Policy DevelopmentDefine and document company policies in collaboration with leadershipEnsure policies are:ClearPracticalEnsure alignment between policies and system workflowsOrganizational DesignDesign and define the company’s organizational structureEstablish reporting lines and hierarchyDefine roles, responsibilities, and ownership across all functionsEnsure alignment between structure, processes, and system executionLead and guideBusiness Analysts (BA)QA / ValidationCoordinate closely withDevelopersOperations teamsQuality & AdoptionEnsure all system changes go through proper testing (UAT)Ensure solutions are adopted by teamsDrive system usage across the organizationEliminate off-system work (manual / uncontrolled processes)Required Experience4–8 years of experience in:Business OperationsProcess DesignBusiness TransformationHands‑on experience in:Building and implementing real workflows in operationsExperience working with:ERP systems or system‑driven environments (ERPNext is a plus, not required)Experience in:Policy creation or governance frameworksProven ability to:Deliver working solutions (not just documentation)Experience working across:Business teamsDevelopersAnalystsCandidate MindsetWe are looking for someone who is:Execution‑drivenAdaptable and open to modern tools and evolving ways of workingComfortable building systems from scratchStrong in ownership and decision‑makingFocused on results, not perfectionAble to work in fast‑moving environmentsImportantThis role is NOT for someone who:Focuses only on documentationStays in analysis without executionWaits for perfect conditions before startingWhat Success Looks LikeClear processes implemented and actively usedCompany policies defined and enforcedOrganizational structure clearly establishedConsistent execution across all teamsStrong delegation enabled by systemsReduced operational chaos and manual workFaster execution cycles (weeks, not months)Final NoteWe are not looking for someone to “improve” the business.We are looking for someone to build the system that runs it.Location#BusinessTransformation #Operations #ERPNext #ProcessDesign #RiyadhJobs #SaudiJobs #OperationsManagement #SystemsThinking #Hiring#J-18808-Ljbffr
