BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST

Primary Purpose of the JobProvide first level SAP support to Contracts Department Users for the contract management process under SAP MM-ES (External Services) Module and BW-ES (Business Warehouse). Also represents PM department for initiating and accepting all SAP developments, issue resolutions, future upgrades, process improvements, report developments and training requirements. Ensures that current procedures are mapped into SAP and relevant documentations are updated.Required Experience and SkillsTotal work experience not less than 8 years.Candidate must have prior experience as Super User of SAP MM/ES module.Candidate must have working experience in a large Contracts Department with experience in defining and handling complex contracts and its related process.Experience in supporting SAP MM Module including External Services in Oil & Gas or heavy Process Industry.Must have completed at least 2 full life cycle (end-to-end) implementation projects involving SAP MM-ES module, i.e. External Services functionality in SAP-MM, and must have provided support for at least 2 years for the MM-ES module. Extensive integration experience with Materials and Maintenance business processes is required.Experience in using ASAP methodology and using Solution Manage is desirable. Experience of version 4.7E is a minimum requirement; experience of version mySAP ERP is desirable.The candidate must possess hands‑on experience of SAP and should be able to navigate through all concerned modules. He must be fully aware of functionalities available within concerned SAP modules.Industrial (functional) Experience and SkillsMust have relevant industrial experience in Oil & Gas or heavy Process Industry, in handling the complete end-to-end cycle of contracting, from requisition to tendering to evaluation and award, followed by post‑award execution till final contract close‑out and variations/claims settlement.Educational QualificationsUniversity DegreeAdditional qualifications in Contract Management will be an added advantage.SAP Certification in MM Module essential.Certificate in additional modules e.g. PS, PM, FI, BW will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
