Business & Systems Analyst

To analyse business needs and operational processes in order to identify opportunities for improvement, design effective system solutions, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technological capabilities.RequirementsGather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specificationsEvaluate current business processes and recommend improvements or automation opportunitiesPrepare detailed documentation such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and System Requirements Specifications (SRS)Collaborate with development teams to ensure that technical solutions meet business needsParticipate in solution design and feasibility analysis from both business and technical perspectivesAct as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear communication and mutual understandingSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate that solutions meet specified requirementsDevelop business reports, data analysis, and presentations to support strategic decision-makingMonitor and evaluate solution performance post-implementation to ensure expected outcomes are achievedStay up to date with industry trends, digital transformation, and business process improvement best practicesQualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience: 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution designExperience with digital transformation or enterprise system projects is an advantageRequired SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency in business process modeling (BPMN) and diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)Familiarity with business analysis and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello)Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall development methodologiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across departmentsStrong documentation and presentation skillsFluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken)#J-18808-Ljbffr
