All qualified applicants will be considered for employment without discrimination.Job PurposeBusiness Solution Analyst is responsible for providing direction and guidance to support the team of specialists (Business Solution Experts) to support and deliver business solutions in their domains of expertise aligned with the IT strategy. The incumbent of the position is responsible for leading and overseeing the technical design, configuration, implementation, integration, and support of critical applications (ERP, CRM, other critical applications) for the entire organization.He/she has to work closely with the Business Solution Management Manager and the Solution Experts to ensure the proper integration of multifunctional projects and the execution of the timely execution of the project portfolio.Principal AccountabilitiesManage the execution of systems' service and support activities following the ITIL methodology and aligned with the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Liaise with software suppliers and the change management team for problem resolution and to maintain awareness of forthcoming developments.Ensure compliance with IT policies, IT security standards, and strengthen internal controls by identifying and managing key risks in his/her respective solution domain.Manage the investigation and implementation of tactical and strategic solutions that would contribute to the improvement, efficiency, and enhancement of existing information systems.Estimate and deliver multiple projects' assignments and systems' change requests as per agreed resourcing and timelines with required quality levels.Build a repository of solution deliverables, process documentation, key developments, and methodologies to facilitate the system support, integrations, and the implementation of new systems' capabilities.Oversees the designing, development, and implementation of system solutions, ensuring the proper integration of critical components and the alignment with information security and infrastructure standards.Required QualificationsEducation - Bachelor's DegreeSpecialisation - Technical Consultant, SAP Functional Consultant, Domain ExpertProfessional/Technical Certification -SAP S/4 HANA & Business Domain ExpertiseSystem Development & MaintenanceService ManagementSDLC & Agile/Dev OpsCustomer Trust & Business AlignmentWe are committed to fair and equitable employment practices.
