If you have a passion for driving business growth and a strong understanding of UAE's regulatory environment, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesManage incoming client leads, assess their requirements, and recommend tailored business setup strategies.Present suitable expansion plans for clients while identifying untapped markets and potential collaborations.Deliver personalized recommendations based on client activities, goals, and market opportunities.Oversee the preparation and processing of essential documentation to ensure compliant and seamless setups.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and leverage client portfolios for referrals and upselling.Stay updated on UAE regulatory changes, proactively addressing any impacts on business processes.Engage in cross-selling and upselling opportunities to expand the range of service offerings.Contribute to company growth through proactive strategies and a commitment to continuous improvement.RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of business setup experience within the UAE.Strong knowledge of business structures, licensing, permits, and registration processes in the UAE.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Ability to conduct market research and provide actionable insights.Strong organizational and project management skills.Attention to detail, especially in paperwork and legal documentation.Flexibility and adaptability to work with a diverse clientele and industries.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred).#J-18808-Ljbffr
