We are seeking aFemale Business Setup Consultantwith strong industry experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping entrepreneurs build their future in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:Build and manage a database of qualified leads fornew company formations and business setup.Prepare customized proposals and quotations; negotiate and successfullyconvert leads to sales.Guide clients on business structures, licensing options(Mainland vs. Free Zone), and UAE regulations.Coordinate withFree Zone and government authoritiesto streamline business setup procedures.Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.Analyze client needs, formulate solutions, and deliver concise, strategic business reports.Assist clients with license applications and documentation, explaining each step clearly.Demonstrate deep understanding of UAE company formation, licensing types, and regulatory processes.Represent INFIBIZ at networking events and in client-facing meetings with professionalism.Contribute to marketing efforts through content, campaigns, and promotional activities.Maintain strong relationships with Free Zone partners and other key stakeholders.Identify new business opportunities and suggest improvements to management.Support team development by sharing best practices and training new colleagues.Prepare and submit regular reports as requested by management.Candidate Requirements:1–2 years of experienceas a Business Setup Consultant or Company Formation Specialist in the UAE.Experience withDED and Free Zone authoritiesismandatory.Excellent English communication and presentation skills.Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with proven sales record.Confident in handling objections and offering practical business solutions.Energetic, self-driven, and results-oriented with a customer-first approach.Ability to build long-term client relationships and deliver consistent service excellence.Must have worked inbusiness setup consultanciesin the UAE.What We Offer:Competitive salary: Starting from AED 3,000/monthAttractive commission and incentive structureOpportunity to work with a growing, reputable company in the UAE marketA positive and performance-driven work environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
