About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Sales Executive with strong B2B sales experience in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in revenue growth, strategic sales planning, and closing high-value contracts. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients across Dubai and Northern Emirates.Manage a portfolio of 100+ B2B accounts and ensure high client retention.Negotiate and close high-value contracts (up to AED 1M+ annually).Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting using CRM systems (Salesforce/Zoho).Deliver professional presentations and customized solutions to potential clients.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the UAE market.Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills.Experience managing corporate client portfolios.Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience in technology or solutions-based sales.Sales or Marketing certifications.Strong understanding of UAE corporate market dynamics.What We OfferCompetitive base salary + attractive commission structureCareer growth and leadership development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentHealth insurance and additional benefitsSkills TagsBusiness Sales | B2B Sales | Sales Strategy | Business Development | Relationship Management | Contract Negotiation | CRM | Market Analysis#J-18808-Ljbffr
