Business process reengineering (bpr) specialist

ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent will assist the Section Head – Business Process Management & Excellence in managing the design, and evaluation, of the business processes pertaining to bank-wide functions for effectiveness, process quality and simplification.The incumbent will facilitate the respective stakeholders to critically review current processes and suggest to-be process solutions to improve efficiency. The jobholder will ensure research support on account of best practices, banking industry benchmarks, other customer experiences and technology to enable process re‑engineering for improved business process performance through continuous enhancement of all key business processes to align and achieve the bank goals and objectives.
