The incumbent will assist the Section Head – Business Process Management & Excellence in managing the design, and evaluation, of the business processes pertaining to bank-wide functions for effectiveness, process quality and simplification.The incumbent will facilitate the respective stakeholders to critically review current processes and suggest to-be process solutions to improve efficiency.
