BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST (HOSPITALITY, GOLF, ASSET MANAGEMENT)

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality, asset management, and golf operations.Conduct process discovery, documentation, modelling, and optimization.Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.Act as a liaison between Business, IT, and Transformation teams.Required Experience3–5 years of experience in BPM/BPR or process improvement roles.Exposure to hospitality, golf operations, asset management, or similar operational environments.Working knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools (preferred).Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Experience working in GCC environments (preferred).Nice to HaveExperience in hospitality or golf transformation projects.Consulting or operator-side experience.Exposure to multi-asset or portfolio-level operations.Vertical: Technology#J-18808-Ljbffr
