Business Process Architect Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesExtract and formalize tribal knowledge into the firm’s first library of Process Maps for core activities such as Trade Execution, Client Reporting, and other key operational workflows.Facilitate Discovery Workshops with Traders, Operations, and business stakeholders to document and understand day-to-day operational processes.Document “As-Is” workflows, inefficiencies, and pain points to identify areas prone to manual errors and operational bottlenecks.Translate manual processes, Excel workarounds, and legacy spreadsheets into structured User Stories and Acceptance Criteria to support automation initiatives.Lead requirements elicitation and documentation for process improvements and transformation initiatives.Support the development and maintenance of the Business & Process Analysis framework, methodologies, and standards.Conduct operations mapping and wealth lifecycle process analysis to improve operational efficiency.RequirementsProven experience as a Business Analyst / Process Architect within Wealth Management or Asset Management.Strong experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and business process documentation.Experience working in manual operational environments and driving process professionalization.Strong knowledge of wealth management operations and lifecycle processes.Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
