<div><p>We are hiring a<b>Business Planning Analyst</b>for a leading real estate developer in Dubai .</p><p>This is a permanent opportunity within a high-impact strategy&planning function.</p><p>Location: Dubai</p><p>Industry: Real Estate</p><p>Employment Type: Permanent</p><h3>What we are looking for:</h3><p>This role is ideal for someone who is not just strong in Excel, but can<b>understand the story behind numbers and challenge business decisions.</b></p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Support business planning, budgeting&forecasting cycles</li><li>Perform variance analysis and identify root causes</li><li>Track financial&operational KPIs</li><li>Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership</li><li>Support scenario analysis and planning models</li><li>Work closely with cross-functional teams</li><li>FP&A / Business Planning / KPI tracking experience</li><li>Budgeting + forecasting exposure</li><li>Strong Excel (not basic — proper advanced)</li><li>Analytical mindset (variance + root cause)</li></ul><h3>Must Have:</h3><ul><li>Strong FP&A / Business Planning / Financial Analysis experience</li><li>Advanced Excel skills (linked sheets, financial models, dashboards)</li><li>Exposure to Power BI / SAP / planning tools</li><li>Ability to analyze financials, KPIs, and performance trends</li><li>Strong understanding of budgeting&forecasting</li><li>Real estate experience (property management, leasing, sales exposure)</li><li>Ability to challenge and improve budgeting approaches</li><li>Background in FP&A, consulting, or corporate planning</li><li>Strong stakeholder communication and business thinking</li></ul><p><b>We are NOT looking for a pure accountant or reporting profile — this role requires a financial analyst mindset with business insight.</b></p><p>Send your CV to:<b>abishake.kosman@tmc-employeneurs.com</b></p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
